Read the date with its scope

Published dates come from a current official calendar. Annual-calendar dates follow a standing local rule. Estimates and expected dates still need confirmation. A later notice for another property does not reopen your own expired window. These are 2026 filing dates, even when the resulting tax bill or hearing falls in 2027.
